To avoid errors and misunderstandings, please check that the shipping address is correct.  Shipper is not responsible for address that are incorrect or not complete.

Domestic Shipment in USA: Backorders will be shipped as soon as they are available unless canceled by customer in writing.  No claim will be allowed unless made within five (5) days of receipt of the goods confirmed by tracking.  All approved returns must be made within 30 days of invoice goods received.

International Shipping - Backorders will not be available to ship and order may be cancelled less return fees.  All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of shipping and handling.   All goods are packed with the utmost care.  All shipments contain a packing list which must correspond to the contents of the package.  All International Shipments are inspected by the delivery service prior to sealing the package in the United States of America to verify that the contents match the packing list.  A Tracking Number will be given to the customer to track their package in the United States.  Shipper is not responsible for any items not received due to International Delivery Services, Customs or Theft.
